 When engaging with The Mission of Yahweh (The Mission) website content to make a donation or submit an online form from this website, you agree that your use of the website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.  

 These Terms and Conditions could change without notice. The date of the most recent version or revisions is at the bottom of this page. Your continued access to the The Mission’s website constitutes your acceptance of any changes or revisions to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. 

  All materials contained on the website are provided by The Mission on an “as is, as available” basis. The Mission of Yahweh assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials found on this website. To the best of our ability, The Mission of Yahweh will update the information contained herein.  

  The Mission of Yahweh makes no, and expressly disclaims any and all, representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the website, including without limitation the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of text, graphics, links, products and services, and other items accessed from or via the web. The Mission of Yahweh also makes no representations that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.   DONATION POLICIES  

Your generous contribution to The Mission of Yahweh (The Mission) supports year-round programs and initiatives. As good stewards of your donations, we will use the following guidelines in processing your gifts.

   GIFT POLICY STANDARDS  

All donations to The Mission help provide food, shelter, training, transportation and spiritual guidance to homeless women and their children living at The Mission. The Mission also provides community outreach assistance by supplying food, clothing and school supplies for low income families in the neighborhood and surrounding areas of The Mission.
 

  The Mission manages a number of fundraising initiatives throughout the year. We carefully consider the needs of the organization and will use your gift where we determine it is most needed. When processing each gift, we will follow a documented business process and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles standards.
  The Mission requests that donations of less than $1,000 not be subject to restrictions. However, we will attempt to honor specific requests—as long as distribution does not conflict with other Mission policies.
 

  If The Mission cannot honor a donor’s designation request for a gift of $1,000 or more, the gift will be returned to the donor. Special event supporters and third parties to a donation may not change the original designation of a gift after The Mission accepts it. The Mission may refuse any gift that does not sufficiently benefit the organization, is in conflict with The Mission’s purpose and values, puts the reputation of The Mission at risk or is prohibited by law.
  If a special event has to be rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances, any donated auction items; or purchased tickets, tables, sponsorships; or monetary donations made for said event will be applied and used for the rescheduled special event.
  If a donor purchases an auction item or makes a pledge at a special event, there are no refunds unless the auction item cannot be fulfilled in the timeframe stated in writing at the time of purchase.
