Glenda Haynes, Executive Director
Glenda joined The Mission of Yahweh staff as Executive Director in 2025. She previously served on the Board of The Mission since 2023 as a member of the Executive Committee, Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee. Along with Glenda’s formal roles at The Mission, her passion for the women and children on our campus is seen through her eagerness to step into many volunteer roles over the past few years.
Glenda is a retired CPA with over 30 years of international chemical industry business experience, that includes senior management roles in Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, Project Management, Mergers and Acquisitions.
An active member of Kings Cross Church in Cypress, she serves in the areas of women and children ministries. She is a native Texan, graduating from Tomball High and Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Management. Glenda and her late husband of 35 years, Chuck, have two children and four grandchildren. She spends her spare time traveling, quilting, gourmet cooking and most notably, with her grandchildren.
