- Start a DRIVE in your community for Water, Food, and/or cleaning supplies

We are accepting volunteer applications, please see the link below. After you submit this request to volunteer, please contact tammie.jeffers@missionofyahweh.org and she will get back to you about scheduling a time for orientation.

VOLUNTEER of the MONTH
Kristin Beall - Pines Presbyterian Church
Congratulations Kristen!! Kristin is a leader with heart! She is one of the leaders of the Vacation Bible School at Pines Presbyterian Church this summer - teaching not just the children from The Mission but so many neighborhood children about the Love of God.
Additionally, she was one of the volunteer leaders that taught our "parenting" class this year at MOY and she has been in ministry since 1993 in both the Presbyterian and Methodist Church. Kirsten has also signed up to help us this year with Christmas on a Mission. We're going to keep her busy!
She has served as Director of Youth Ministry for the past 19 years at Braddock Street UMC in Winchester VA. Kristin holds professional certification in both Christian Education and Youth Ministry in the United Methodist church. Kristin was born and raised in Houston, spending a few of her teen years in Anchorage Alaska before graduating from Katy Taylor High School. She is happy to return to her hometown with her husband David Allen.
We're very lucky to have Kristin as a volunteer! - Please join us in recognizing her efforts in all she does. Thank You Kirsten for sharing your talent with us!
