Our
doors are always open for women and children in transition and crisis. We are
a truly unique refuge. For over 43 years The Mission
has empowered homeless and abused women and their
children. We not only give food,
clothing and shelter, but we're also committed to
rehabilitating women to become self-sufficient,
productive members of society.
At The Mission of Yahweh, we shelter, clothe and feed over 700
women and children per year. We also support over
4000 neighborhood residents with donations of
food, clothing and other necessities.Through our
series of programs, we address the physical,
educational, psychological, and spiritual needs
of each resident.
Be a Missionary in your own backyard! Go to the Volunteering section to learn how. And be sure and check the Volunteer Ministry and Servant Opportunity Guide for a complete listing of current projects and needs at The Mission of Yahweh.
